摘要
通过温室培养盆栽,研究了EDTA作用下不同浓度Cr6+对玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,EDTA作用下,随着Cr6+处理浓度增加,玉米的叶绿素含量、根系活力和过氧化物酶(POD)等保护酶的活性均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,表明较低浓度的Cr6+对以上指标均有不同程度的刺激作用,而较高浓度则对以上指标起抑制作用,而脯氨酸含量随着Cr6+处理浓度增加逐渐升高,且与Cr6+单独作用相比较,对以上生理指标的影响较为缓和.表明EDTA与土壤中Cr6+产生螯合作用,从而降低了自由离子的浓度,减轻了对作物的伤害.
Through glasshouse potted plant, the influence of different concentration of Cr^6+ on the physiological-chemical index of the corn at the presence of EDTA is studied. The results show that, when treated with Cr^6+ , along with the increase of the concentration of Cr^6+ , the content of chlorophyll, the activity of root and peroxidase(POD) represent the trend of increase at first and decrease later. It indicates that low concentration of Cr^6+ has different stimulation to the above physiology index. However, high concentration of Cr^6+ has inhibition to the above index. But the content of proline gradually increases with the rise of the concentration of Cr^6+. And in contrast with the solely effect of Cr^6+ , the effect with EDTA on the index above is relatively relaxant. The result shows that EDTA chelates with Cr^6+ , can reduce the concentration of free ion, and alleviate the damage to the corn.
