摘要
目的总结分析一种新型引流管在慢性硬脑膜下血肿治疗中的效果。方法将2005年10月至2006年9月连续收治的54例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者随机分为2组,分别采用传统的硅胶管和新型的Subdural Catheter导管进行引流手术,并进行随访,比较两种引流管的治疗效果。结果本组52例获得随访,平均随访6个月,两组患者均取得较满意治疗效果,Subdural Catheter引流组患者术后仅1例发生局部积液,而传统引流组13例发生局部积液,两组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);术后引流时间,Subdural Catheter组(2.6d)比传统导流管组(3.1d)缩短,但无显著性差异。结论选择性使用Subdural Catheter导管,可以降低术后并发症,缩短术后住院日,治疗效果更佳。
Objective To summarize the application of a new kind of drainage tube （Subdural Catheter） for patients with chronic subdural hematoma（CSDH）. Methods Fifty-four consecutive CSDH patients were randomized into two groups. Traditional drainage tube and Sudural Catheter were used respectively during operation. The patients＇ clinical data and surgical outcome were followed by 6 months （average）. Results All patients in both groups received good outcome. It showed that post-operative complications and rehabilitation time were decreased significantly in Subdural Catheter group. Conclusions Application of Subdural Catheter can decrease operative complication and improve post-operative rehabili-tation. So it can be selectively used in certain cases.
