视神经炎和早期多发性硬化的认知功能损害研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 多发性硬化（multiple sclerosis,MS）是一种因中枢神经系统多处、多次炎性脱髓鞘病变而导致运动、感觉等神经功能损害的自身免疫性疾病。高达半数的MS患者出现认知功能损害，成为影响患者生活质量和工作能力的独立危险因素^[1]。研究发现，MS的认知损害不仅见于病程中晚期，在病程早期，甚至MS第一次发病就有明确的认知障碍^[2]。
