摘要
经理层是公司治理与公司管理的联结点。我国上市公司经理层报酬收入水平较低,薪酬结构不合理,形成了一定的内部人控制,且经理层报酬激励机制存在着缺失。提高经理层薪酬水平和经理层持股比例,能将经理层的个人利益与上市公司利益联系在一起,有效地提高上市公司的经营业绩。
The management stratum is the coupling point of corporate governance and corporate management. The reward of the management stratum in the listed companies of our country is low and the salary structure is irrational, A certain insiders control is formed and the reward incentive mechanism for the management stratum is imperfect. Enhancing the salary and the share - holding proportion of the management stratum will combine the individual interest of the management stratum and the interest of listed companies, and improve the management achievement of listed companies effectively.
