摘要
对河南省境内桑叶葡萄(Vitis ficifolia Bge.)的形态变异水平、遗传变异水平以及分布进行了研究。形态学分析结果表明,新梢、幼叶和成龄叶的17个性状中有10个性状在居群间存在显著或极显著差异,所有性状的变异系数在2.6%~54.7%,表明形态变异较丰富。SSR分析检测到69个位点,其中多态位点64个,多态位点比率(PPB)为92.75%,表明桑叶葡萄遗传多样性水平较高。居群间的遗传分化系数(GST)和Nei’s基因多样性指数分析显示,大部分遗传变异存在于居群内(分别为24.05%、11.83%)。
Five populations of Vitis ficifolia Bge., collected from Henan, were used for the research on its morphological variation and its genetic variation. The results showed that, according to the mean variation coefficients of the 17 morphological characters, there were high phenotypic diversities within the populations. ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences in most morphological traits among populations. Based on SSR markers, 69 loci were amplified with 9 primers, of them 64 were polymorphic. The proportion of polymorphic loci was 92.75% at the species level, and thus the genetic diversity of V. ficifolia Bge. was high. Gsr and Nei's genetic diversity index analysis showed that, the high genetic variations (24.05% and 11.83% respectively) existed within populations.
