摘要
基于模内镶件膜片拉胀复合热压成型工艺基础上,设计并改装了一套拉胀复合热压成型试验模具,然后在IMD(模内镶件技术)超高压成型机上,对PET膜片进行了传统高压成型和拉胀复合热压成型试验。结果表明:拉胀复合热压成型工艺相对传统高压成型工艺在解决图案变形和定位等问题上具有较大优势,适合用在大型、深腔模内镶件制品膜片的热压成型。
Based on the principle of pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming technology, a set of thermoforming test-mould was designed to try on forming of PET films. The mould was mounted on an IMD super-high pressure forming machine. The results of traditional high-pressure thermoforming tests and pre-drawing and airbulging thermoforming tests showed the latter method was better to resolve the large deformation and deflection problems of patterns, and the pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming technology was suitable for IMD films' forming of large-scale products.
