摘要
层次分析法作为识别企业核心竞争力的常用方法,可量化识别企业核心竞争力。改进后的层次分析法与以往的层次分析法相比,突破了以往方法缺乏分析企业核心竞争力的局限性。引入时间要素考察企业能力对企业绩效贡献的持久性,不仅能分析出企业当前的核心竞争力,还能分析出企业的待发展能力以及需要放弃的能力。
As a common method, AHP (analytic hierarchy process) is used in identifying the core competence of enterprise. Compared with the previous AHP, the improved AHP breakthroughs the limitation of lack of other charaters except for the value which analyze the core competence of enterprises. Through using time factor inspecting the devotion endurance of enterprises capability to enterprises performance, we can analyze the core competence of enterprises and the capabilities needed to be developed and capabilities needed to be abandoned.
