摘要
从系统论的角度看,系统的结构决定系统的功能。党的十七大明确了新时期党的建设系统的基本结构,同时也更新了新时期党的建设系统的功能,因此探讨新时期党的建设系统结构的优化,这对于党的建设系统功能的增强无疑具有极为重要的意义。
From the perspective of system, the structure of the system determines the function of the system.
