中国—东盟自由贸易区法律制度的完善对中国—东盟自由贸易区的发展至关重要,法律调整模式是自由贸易区法律制度完善的重要内容,本文分析中国—东盟自由贸易区法律制度现状及存在的问题,对其法律调整模式提出一些看法。

The perfection of legal system of China--ASEAN free trade area is extremely important for the development of the area, while the legal regulatory mode is the major part of perfection of legal system of China--ASEAN free trade area. This paper is to analyze the current situation and problems of the area,and to put forward some opinions on the perfection of legal system of the area.
