The Working on Needed College Students in the View of Seventeenth National Congress——An analysis of Harmonious Development of Recipient Subjects

十七大报告把教育公平和健全学生资助制度提到国家工作的高度。贫困生的和谐发展是高校和谐发展的重要内容,是建设社会主义和谐社会的组成部分,而贯穿于这些工作的主线将是如何让受助主体和谐发展。本文主要从受助主体的和谐发展来分析当前的贫困生工作及其对和谐校园、和谐社会构建的意义。

The report of the Seventeenth National Congress raised education fairness and sound system for student financial assistance to a height of state work. Harmonious development of needed college students is its major eontent,also a eomposite of building a harmo- nious socialist society,and the main line of work running through will be how to make the harmonious development of the main recipients. This paper is to analyze from this angle the current work on the needed eollege students and its significance for building harmonious campuses and society.
