当前高校稳定工作面临的主要问题及对策

Discussion about Main Problems and Solutions for Stability Work in Colleges and Universities

当前高校的稳定工作主要面临毕业生就业压力不断加大、贫困生及有心理问题的学生人数比例增大、高校扩招与后勤供给不足之间存在矛盾、校园及其周边地区治安环境复杂化、高校内部改革与管理中存在问题、对学生的思想品德教育、心理健康教育和法制教育有待加强、高校稳定长效机制建设尚需进一步健全和完善等问题。针对这些问题,本文进行了较深入地分析,并提出了相应的对策。

At present, stability work in colleges and universities are facing mainly the following problem： the graduation students＇ employment pressure increase continuously; the scale of the needy students and the number of the students with mental problems is in- creasing; the conflicts between the expansion in recruiting students and inadequate supply of logistics; the complication of the campus and the peripheral order environment; the long effect mechanism of the stability work needs to be strengthened further the need to strengthen the students＇ thought and moral, psychological health and legal education; the construction of advantageously promoting and realizing a fair benefit coordination mechanism needs to be perfected. Aiming at these problems, this paper is to analyze them more deeply and provide some solutions.
