高职高专院校体育专业《体育保健学》教学模式初探

A Preliminary Study of Sport Hygiene for Physical Education Major of Vocational and Technical Colleges

《体育保健学》是高职高专院校体育专业的一门实践性极强的专业基础理论课,学好体育保健学是从事体育教学、运动训练和指导全民健身的基础。为了更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高他们的实际操作能力和教学效果,培养出符合社会需求和需要的复合型应用人才,本文提出了"理论+实验+实践"的教学模式。

Sport Hygiene is a practice-oriental fundamental specialty theoretical course, so mastering sport hygiene is the foundation for physical education teaching, sports training and guiding national fitness campaign. In order to improve practical operation ability and teaching effect, to train the interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents to meet the needs and requirement of the society,This paper is to put forward the teaching model of ＂theory plus experiment plus practice＂.
