摘要
本文以关联理论为基础,对法庭会话修正中的话语标记语的使用进行了分析研究,力图揭示话语标记语在法庭会话信息修正中的使用及其作用。通过对五场法庭庭审的语料进行定性分析,研究发现,恰当使用话语标记语进行修正可以加强或消除现时语境假设,增强话语的语用制约性,进而有效解决法庭上当事各方在听说和理解上的障碍,扩大双方共识,促进庭审的顺利进行。
In this paper, data from five courtroom trials are analyzed within the framework of the Relevance Theory with an attempt to study qualitatively how discourse markers are used in the repair in courtroom interaction. The results reveal that discourse markers are widely used as initiators in repair in courtroom conversations, and they can enhance pragmatic constraints, strengthen and contradict existing assumptions. The skillful manipulation of discourse markers could help to deal with a variety of problems concerning speaking, hearing and understanding during courtroom interaction, which enables smooth communication in courtroom trials.
