酸液高温腐蚀实验及合理使用相关标准探讨

摘要 目前规范酸液综合样的腐蚀相关标准并未出台,实际应用时参考标准SY/T5405-1996,而该标准规范的酸液缓蚀剂评价仅适用于缓蚀剂单剂评价。大量酸液高温动态腐蚀实验表明,酸液铁稳剂、助排剂、黏稳剂等常规添加剂对酸缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能影响较大,酸液缓蚀单剂评价满足标准SY/T5405-1996要求而酸液综合样腐蚀性能则严重超标。不同材质的钢材抗酸腐蚀能力差异较大,实际应用酸液缓蚀性能评价时不应仅限于相关标准中要求的N80钢片,应以实际施工作业管柱材质进行相应实验。同时,高温条件下酸液综合样腐蚀评价实验温度条件应该结合井筒温度场合理优化。 At present, the relevant standards to regulate the acid liquor overall corrosion haven't been issued, so the standards SY/T 5405-1996 are used for reference in practice, in which the evaluation on corrosion inhibitor of acid liquor only applies to the single corrosion control agent. A large number of experiments about acid liquor high-temperature dynamic corrosion indicate that conventional addition agents like acid iron stabilizer, cleanup additive and viscous stabilizer have great effect on the corrosion control property of acid corrosion inhibitor; that evaluation on the single acid corrosion agent has satisfied the requirements of standards SY/T 5405-1996, but the overall corrosion property of acid liquor are far beyond the standards. It is also indicated that different steel products have different capacities of anti-corrosion, so the practical evaluation on acid corrosion inhibitor should not be restricted to the steel plate N80 required by the standards, but should depend on the stuff quality of pipeline in practical operation. Meanwhile, it is suggestive that the experiment temperature conditions of acid overall corrosion evaluation should be sensibly optimized according to the temperature in well bore under the high-temperature condition.
