聚能射孔器混凝土靶穿深性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 基于对聚能射孔器地面混凝土靶的检验所获得的大量数据分析,得出在执行GB/T20488-2006《油气井聚能射孔器材性能试验方法》、GB/T20489-2006《油气井聚能射孔器材通用技术条件》后标准物质混凝土靶性质变化明显且对试验结果有一定的影响。通过与废止标准SY/T6297-1997《油气井射孔器评价的推荐作法》、SY/T5128-1997《油气井聚能射孔器通用技术条件》及国外先进标准APIRP19B《油气井射孔器评价的推荐作法》试验结果的分析对比,表明近几年国内聚能射孔器穿深略有提高,但产品整体水平不高且与国外同类产品差距大,因此急需进一步提高穿孔深度评价指标以促进产品的性能。希望有助于标准的修订。 Based on the analysis of a large quantity of jet perforator test data in concrete targets, it is found that the character of standard concrete target has changed apparently and thus has certain effect on the test results when we execute the standards GB/T 20488-2006 "Test Methods of Jet Perforator Materials for Oil and Gas Well" and GB/T 20489-2006 "General Technological Requirements of Perforator Materials for Oil and Gas Well". After compared with the test results of the abolished standards SY/T 6297-1997 "Recommended Practices for Evaluation of Well Perforators" and SY/T 5128-1997 "General Technological Requirements of Perforator Materials for Oil and Gas Well", as well as the American advanced standard API RP19B "Recommended Practices for Evaluation of Well Perforators", it is revealed that in recent years, the penetration depth of the jet perforators in China has been increased slightly, but the product quality is not good enough compared with the foreign products. Therefore, it is urgent to increase evaluation index of penetration depth so as to improve the performance of our jet perforators. Hopefully it is helpful to revise basic standards.
