摘要
现代企业制度要求企业必须建立健全完善的计量保证体系,并确保计量保证体系的有效运行。从增强企业计量意识、完善计量保证体系、提高计量工作效益和开拓计量保证工作新领域等四个方面提出并论证了企业计量工作不仅应适应市场经济条件下石油工业新的发展要求,而且应为企业更好地发挥其应有的保障作用。
Modern enterprise system requests that enterprises should establish perfect and healthy measuring guarantee system and ensure the safety operation of this system. How enterprise measurement adapts to the new development of petroleum industry under the condition of market economy and guarantees the function of enterprises are put forward and discussed from four aspects： enhance-ment of enterprise measurement awareness, perfection of measurement guaranteed system, improvement of measurement benefits, and exploitation of the new field of measurement guarantee.
