摘要
文中应用粮食深层干燥解析理论和高湿粮食水分精确测量技术,研制开发了一套基于自适应的粮食干燥设备控制系统。该系统能够使设备在工作过程中,按照实时的进粮水分和机器排粮工况自动变更工作状态,确保干燥效果最优。此系统具有可靠性、稳定性和实用性。
This paper presents a self-adjusting grain drier based on the analysis of the grain deep-bed drying process and the precise measurement technology for high-moisture-content grain. It can change the system mode automatically to ensure the optimal working condition according to the real-time input-moisture-content and the output status. The control system is reliable and stable.
