Slagging Problem Analysis and Modification of 220 t/h High Pressure Boiler

针对中州分公司220t/h高压锅炉在运行过程中存在的结渣问题,重点从锅炉的燃用煤质、燃烧技术及设备两个方面进行分析,查找锅炉结渣的主要原因,提出燃用煤质成分控制范围,采用百叶窗水平浓淡燃烧技术及设备的改进方案,改造后运行效果良好。

Aiming at the slagging problem of 220 t/h high pressure boiler in Zhongzhou Branch, this paper emphasizes on two sides ： the one is coal quality of the boiler, another is combustion technology and equipment. It searches main causes of the boiler slagging, proposes the control range of the coal composition, adopts louver horizontal bias combustion technology and the scheme of equipment modification. Mter the modification, good operation effect is obtained.
