摘要 针对6500m3/h制氧系统主要设备尺寸超大、超高、露天安装、工艺管道布置复杂等特点,重点介绍了分馏塔系统和液氧储存系统的安装施工方法。对冷箱采取自下而上分段逐级的吊装方法,完成冷箱的整体拼接与安装;对液氧储槽采取抬吊办法,实现就位安装。 In order to solve the problem of 6500 m3/h oxygen generating system installation that main equipment size is ultra large and high, installation is in outdoors, technical pipe distribution is complicated, the article introduces mainly the installaiton and construction method of fractionator tower system and liquid oxygen storage system, adopts segmentation and step by step hoisting method from below to above, accomplishes the whole splicing and installaiton of the cold box, installs the liquid oxgen storage vessel on foundation by means of lifting hoist method.
