摘要
应用振动分析诊断技术,对低速重载旋转设备——原料磨机组轴承内圈故障进行分析,利用大量图表详细比较各个测点的振动特征,直观地显示其特征及不同测量方向上频谱波形等的差异,总结了通过分析诊断和事后检修所得到的经验。
With vibration analysis and diagnosis technology, the article analyzes the bearing inner loop failure of the low-speed and heavy-haul rotating equipment-raw material grinding unit, compares the vibration features of each measuring point using massive graphs in detail, displays characteristic and spectrum difference in different directions. Finally, it summarizes the experience from the diagnosis and overhaul.
