MMP-7、E-cadherin和VEGF与贲门癌生物学行为的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between level of MMP-7,E-cadherin,VEGF and biological behavior of gastric cardia cancers

摘要 目的探讨MMP-7、E-cadherin、VEGF的表达及其与贲门癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对41例贲门癌和45例胃窦癌标本中VEGF、MMP-7、E-cadherin的蛋白表达进行了检测。结果MMP-7在贲门癌和胃窦癌的阳性率分别为75.6%和53.3%;二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7和E-cadherin二者之间呈现显著的负相关(P<0.01);在贲门癌中MMP-7表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05),E-cadherin和VEGF表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、生长方式有关(P<0.05);MMP-7阳性、阴性5年生存率分别为19.35%、40.0%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.038 5)。结论MMP-7、E-cadherin的表达和胃癌的生物学行为有密切的相关性,MMP-7可成为判断贲门癌预后的重要指标之一。 Objective To study the expression of metalloproteinases-7 (MMP-7), E-cadherin, and vascular endothelial growth factor in cardia and antrum gastric adenocarcinomas and to understand the relationship between the level of MMP-7, E-cadherin, VEGF and biological behavior of gastric cardia cancers. Methods The expression of MMP-7,E-cadherin in 45 cases of antrum gas- tric cancer and 41 cases in cardia was detected by immunohistochemical SP staining. Results The positive percentage of MMP-7 in cardia and antrum gastric adenocarcinomas was 75.6% and 53.3% (P〈0.01). The negative correlation was found between the expression of MMP-7 and E-cadherin. There was significant difference between them. There was significant negative correlation between MMP-7 and E-cadherin,the expression of M MP-7, E-cadherin, VEGFin gastric cardia cancers was related to T classification of tumors,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Especially,the expression of E-cadherin,VEGF was related to the growth pattern of tumors. Conclusion The expression of MMP-7, E-cadherin, VEGF plays an impormant role in the biological behavior of gastric cancers. And MMP-7 might be a useful factor to predict the prognosis of gastric cardia cancers.
