影响漠斑牙鲆幼鱼生化组成和能值的因子——以摄食水平和温度为例 被引量:3

摘要 研究了摄食水平和温度对漠斑牙鲆幼鱼的生化组成和能值的影响,结果表明:漠斑牙鲆幼鱼脂肪的质量分数与摄食水平呈极显著的正线性相关关系(P<0.01),蛋白质的质量分数和能值与摄食水平呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的正线性相关关系,水分的质量分数和灰分的质量分数与摄食水平均呈极显著的负线性相关关系(P<0.01);漠斑牙鲆幼鱼质量分数与温度呈极显著的负线性相关关系(P<0.01),灰分的质量分数与温度呈极显著的正线性相关关系(P<0.01),能值与温度无显著的线性相关关系(P>0.05),温度对脂肪的质量分数和蛋白质的质量分数的影响不呈现一定的规律性;鱼体脂肪和蛋白质与水分的质量分数呈极显著的负线性相关关系(P<0.01),灰分的质量分数和能值与水分的质量分数关系不显著(P>0.05).由此认为,水分的质量分数可以较好地估计漠斑牙鲆鱼体脂肪的质量分数和蛋白质的质量分数. The effects of feeding levels and temperature on body composition and energy value of the young Paralichthys lethostigma were studied, and the results were as follows. The linear correlation between the feeding levels and fat content of the young Paralichthys lethostigma was significantly positive (P 〈 0. 01 ). The linear correlation between protein content, energy value and feeding levels was significantly positive (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05) . The linear correlation between moisture content, ash content and feeding levels was significantly negative (P 〈 0. 01) . The linear correlation between temperature and moisture content of the young Paralichthys lethostigma was significantly negative (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The linear correlation between ash content and temperature was also significantly negative (P 〈 0. 01 ) . However, the linear correlation between energy value and temperature was not significantly (P 〉 0. 05) , and the effects that temperature put on fat content and protein content were not certainly regular. The linear correlation between moisture content and fat content, protein content of Paralichthys lethostigma was significantly negative (P 〈 0.0l) , but the correlation between ash content, energy value and moisture content was not significantly (P 〉 0. 05) . Therefore, moisture content can be used to estimate fat content and protein content of Paralichthys lethostigma.
