摘要
为研究深松铲的强度特性,减少深松作业时的故障,应用Solidworks建立了深松铲的三维几何模型,用Cosmos对深松铲进行了三维有限元分析,得到深松铲在工作载荷下的变形和应力大小,找出了深松铲的强度薄弱环节。结果表明,深松铲的最大应力为5.55×10~8N/m^2,最大扭曲位移为12.84mm.对深松铲进行了改进设计,加强了深松铲与机架的连接。应用Cosmos进行分析,表明改进后深松铲的强度和刚度均得到提高。
To study the strength property of sub-soiling shovel and reduce trouble in sub-soihng work, a three-dimensional model on sub-soiling shovel was created, using Solidworks software and the FEM analysis on sub-soiling shovel was carried out with Cosmos module. The distortion and stress of sub-soiling in service load were obtained, with the weak link found. The maximum stress was 5.55×10^8 N/m^2 and the maximum torsion offset was 12.84mm. The sub-soiling shovel was modified based on the FEM analysis result, the connection of shovel and the sub-soiler frame was strengthened. The strength and rigidity of the improved shovel were increased significantly after analysing with Cosmos.
