摘要
载药磁性纳米载体由磁核、骨架材料和药物组成。在外加磁场作用下,载体携带药物在体内定向移动,提高治疗效果、降低毒副作用。载药纳米载体在靶向给药、磁控栓塞和核磁共振等医学领域有着重要的应用。本文主要介绍了载药磁性纳米载体的靶向机理、合成方法、应用和研究进展。
Magnetic medicine - carried nanomaterial is composed of magnetism nucleus, skeleton material and medicine. Under magnetic feld function, the carrier takes with the medicine in vivo direction detection migration, to enhance treatment efficiency, and reduce poisonous side effect. Magnetic medicine- carried nanomaterial in biomedical field has important applications such as targeted medicine, magnetic embolism and resonance imaging. This article mainly introduces targeted mechanism, synthetic method, application and research development of magnetic medicine - carried nanomaterial.
