摘要
目的探讨高原低氧环境下大鼠血浆睾丸酮(T)含量的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA),对从平原移至海拔2261 m和3460 m处的Wistar成年雄性大鼠进行血浆T的检测,并以平原(海拔5m)大鼠血浆T含量作对照。结果大鼠持续24h处于急性低氧环境下,其血浆T含量与平原对照组相比,在海拔2261 m处增加30.36%,在海拔3460m处增加31.00%(P<0.01)。大鼠连续30天处于慢性低氧环境下时其血浆T含量出现动态变化(P<0.01),1-3天血浆T水平趋于上升,低氧暴露10天时,血浆T水平增至最高水平,10-15天中血浆T水平却明显降低,15-30天中平缓下降。结论急、慢性低氧环境均能影响大鼠体内T的合成与分泌。
Objective To investigate the influence of plateau hypoxia on the testosterone levels in rats. Methods The levels of testosterone in Wistar male rats transferred from plain (Sin altitude) to 2261m and 3460m altitude has been detected by the method of RIA. Results Comparing with the rats from plain, the testosterone levels at 2261 m and 3460m altitude in 24h acute hypoxia environment increased by 30.36% and 31.00% respectively ( P 〈0.01 ). The dynamical variation ( P 〈0.01 ) of testosterone ratio has occurred in 30 days of successive chronic hypoxia environment. The ratio of testosterone had a tendency to ascending in 1 ~ 3d and increased to climax after 10d of hypoxia exposure and then decreased obviously in 10 - 15d. After 15 - 30d, the levels of testosterone decreased slowly. Conclusion Acute and chronic hypoxia environments both affect the composition and secretion of rat testosterone level.
