摘要
目的:探讨盆腔器官脱垂(Pelvic floor prolapse,POP)患者阴道壁粘膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶-3(Matrix metalloproteinase-3,MMP-3)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-3(Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3,TIMP-3)表达,分析其与疾病发生的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法,测定30例盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者(POP组)阴道壁粘膜组织中MMP-3及TIMP-3阳性表达率,并选择同期20例非卵巢功能性肿瘤和宫颈病变患者作为对照(对照组)。结果:POP患者阴道壁粘膜组织中MMP-3表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TIMP-3表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:POP患者盆底支持结构的退行性病变与阴道壁粘膜组织中胶原代谢活跃、胶原的分解增加有关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -3 and tissue inhibitor of metallo- proteinase (TIMP) -3 in paries anterior vaglnase with the occurrence of pelvic floor prolapse. Methods: The biopsy specimens in paries anterior vaginase were obtained from 50 subjects undergoing hysterectomia, who were assigned into control, pelvic organ prolapse (PO P) . MMP -3 and TIMP -3 in structures in paries anterior vaglnase was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining. Results: MMP -3 positive staining rate of paries anterior vaginase in POP group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), TIMP - 3 positive staining rate of paries anterior vaginase in POP group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion. There is close relationship between degeneration of pelvic support construction and deficiency in MMP - 3 activated and TIMP - 3 declined in paries anterior vaginase of POP patients.
