摘要
灭蝇胺是防治双翅目昆虫病虫害的高效、低毒生态农药,以三聚氯氰为原料,经环丙氨代和氨代一勺烩反应得中间体(6-氯-2-环丙氨基-4-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪),再加压氨代得灭蝇胺.两步反应总收率72.1%.
Cyromazine, an environmental benign pesticide with high potency and low toxicity, was used for prevention and cure of plant diseases and insect pests resulted from dipsters. One-pot reaction, with 2,4,6 - trichloro- 1,3,5 - triazine as raw material, of cyclopropylamination and amination provided the intermediate (6- chloro- 2- cyclopropylamino- 4 - amino- 1,3,5 - triazine), another amination under pressure yielded the target compound. The total yield was 72.1%.
