摘要
针对AB PLC通讯中断,介绍AB PLC通讯中断后的具体现象,对造成PLC通讯中断的干扰源进行详细的分析,阐述这些干扰源对PLC进行干扰的主要途径,介绍外界干扰的计算方法,提出解决AB PLC通讯中断的措施和具体方案,说明在程序上怎样解决这一干扰问题,给出通讯中断诊断系统程序的编辑思路和编辑方法,同时用逻辑顺序图描述通讯中断诊断系统的程序扫描过程,提高了整个电控系统的稳定性和安全性,取得满意的效果。
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) has been widespread used in industrial production . Especially , the application of AB PLC which our company multi--functional high electrolytic units mostly used that is more and more popular in the country . It takes three--point communications network structure, in last years, some problems that communication interruption of the AB PLC used for the multi--functional high electrolytic units come out . For the communication interruption of AB PLC , this article introduces the exact phenomenon after AB PLC communication interrupted, detailed analysis on the interference source of PLC communications interruption , explains the main approach of PLC interfered by interference source , introduces the method of calculation of outside interference , puts forward the special method that how to solve this interference problem, explains how to deal with it by programm , gives the editing thinking and way for the programme of communications interruption inspection , describes the programme scan process of the communications interruption inspection system through the logical order drawings at the same time, improved the whole control system stability and security , and achieved satisfactory effect.
