上海地铁六号线备件自动化立体仓库规划方案

摘要 通过对既有地铁备件仓库的调研,分析了上海地铁六号线备件仓库的系统需求和功能,规划设计了其备件仓库的总体方案,从而使地铁公司可以根据库存情况合理制定备件需求计划,确保地铁在发生故障时能及时维修,稳定运营。 Researched on the exiting AS/RS of spare part, it analyzed the requirements and functions needed on AR/RS of spare part for Shanghai subway line 6 and designed the overall planning scheme for the system of AS/RS. Thus the subway company would make a plan reasonably based on the situation of storage and guaranteed to operate steadily by supplying all the spare parts promptly for maintenance.
