摘要
根据半导体激光器外腔反射率的不同，系统地研究了外腔任意反馈半导体激光器的频率调谐特性。
According to the difference of external cavity reflectivities of semiconductor lasers, we have studied systematically on the frequency tuning properties of external cavity semiconductor lasers with arbitrary feedback. The theoretic analysises and mumerical analogies are coincident with the results of experimet approximately.
