摘要
本文结合国内高校图书馆馆员学科背景现状与存在的问题,分析了图书馆馆员学科背景、工作表现、工作满意度三者的相互关系,提出了解决高校图书馆馆员学科背景问题的一些具体措施。
The article combines discipline backgrounds actuality and existent problem of domestic university librarians, and analyzes mutual relation of university librarians discipline backgrounds, work representation, and work satisfaction. It brings forward some specific measures of solving discipline backgrounds problem on university librarians.
