基于因子分析的绵阳市工业经济效益综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Industrial Economic Benefit in Mianyang City with Factor Analysis Method

区域工业经济效益是经济评价中的一个很重要的部分。为了对绵阳市的区域工业经济效益有一个全面的认识和评价,本文依据2005年绵阳市区及所辖县市的工业经济效益指标数据,采用因子分析法,对绵阳市的工业经济效益进行了综合评价。依据各区域综合得分的情况把绵阳市划分为4类地区:工业经济效益最好的地区(涪城区)、工业经济效益较好的地区(安县、高新区、盐亭县、北川县)、工业经济效益稍差的地区(游仙区、三台县、江油市)、工业经济效益最差的地区(平武县、梓潼县),得出了绵阳市区域工业经济效益差异大的结论。并在此基础上提出了提高绵阳市区域工业经济效益及其发展方向的六点建议,以期为相关部门制定经济发展决策提供参考依据。

Regional industrial economic benefit is one of the most important parts in economic evaluation. In order to receive comprehensive recognition and evaluation, this paper has collected the data about the regional industrial benefit of Mianyang City in 2005. By using the Factor Analysis Method, this paper has evaluated the regional industrial benefit in Mianyang City. Based on the comprehensive scores of the regions of Mianyang City, this paper has divided the region into four areas ： the best areas of economic industrial benefit area （ Fu Cheng area）, better areas（An Xian County, Gao Xin area, Yan Ting County and Bei Chuan County）, weaken areas（You Xian area, San Tai County and Jiang You County）the worst areas （Ping Wu County and Zi Tong County）. So the difference of regional industrial benefit is very obvious in Mianyang City. On the basis of those analyses, this paper has put forward suggestions about how to improve regional industrial economic benefit, hoping it helps governments to make economic policies.
