波德里亚的消费社会理论及其缺陷

Symbol Consuming Theory by Baudrillard and its Shortcomings

波德里亚,被誉为"后现代主义大祭司",是和德里达、福柯、利奥塔等学者齐名的世界上最具影响的后现代主义理论家之一。波德里亚一生著作颇丰,其中以消费社会理论和后现代性的命运方面尤为著名。波德里亚的消费社会理论指出:消费社会的前提是物的丰盛,人们不再消费物本身,而更多地对隐藏在物后面的意义或者意义的差异进行消费。本文试图揭示其消费社会理论的核心,即符号消费的理论及其存在的问题。

Jean Baudrillard, as influential as Derrida, Foucault and Lyotard, has been regarded as Kohen ha - Gadol of postmodernism. In all his life, he has written lots of works, especially about the theory of consumer society and the fate of postmodernism. In his consuming theory, he has pointed out that in a society with affluent consuming products, what people consume is no longer the accurate products but the symbols or significance behind the products. In this article, the author has tried to discuss about the core of his symbol consuming theory and its shortcomings.
