第三代同步辐射光源给光束线设计带来的关键问题之一是高热负载.本文讨论了采用液氮冷却硅晶体单色器的原理、实验装置以及测试结果.
There are a lot of crucial problems for beam lines design in the third generationof the synchrotron radiation source. One of the problems is high heat load. Theprinciple, device and test results for liquid nitrogen cooling of silicon crystalmonochromator are described.
