摘要
教育助学凭证制度是瑞安教育改革的一项重要内容,文章介绍了瑞安实施教育助学凭证制度的理论依据、背景、目的、模式、经过、所取得的成效、存在的问题,提出了完善瑞安教育助学凭证制度的建议。
The policy for the token of the educational bursary is an important educational reform implemented in Rui＇an city. In the paper, the rationale, the background, the purpose,the mode, the process, the achieved effect, and the existing problems are introduced, and some suggestions for the perfection of the policy for the token of the educational bursary are proposed.
