In the management of the Party members and League members among the university students we should introduce the theory of Benchmarking management to develop the advanced character of Party members and League members and to stimulate their potentials. This article introduced the main idea of the invisible resource of Benchmarking after analyzing the background of introducing the theory and the application of Benchmarking management theory in management of the Party and League members among university students.
