高职院校专业教师开展德育工作所存在问题及对策

An Analysis on the Problems in Moral Education by the Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational College

高职德育工作向来都是以"两课"教师和思政工作人员为主,专业教师对学生所进行的德育教育往往被忽视,致使对学生开展德育工作的途径和效果受到了一定的限制。全文分析了高职院校专业教师开展德育工作所存在的主要问题及相关对策。

The moral education in Higher Vocational College used to be carried out mainly by the teachers of ME （mentality education） and the idealogical and political personnels. The professional teachers paid less attention to it during their teaching process, which restricts the effects and approaches of moral education. This article analyzes the major problems existing in moral education in the process of professional teaching and put forward some countermeasures.
