摘要
针对城市中汽车拥有量急剧增加对城市结构的影响问题进行剖析,得出我国城市结构遭到破坏是由车本位思想、公共交通的疲软及汽车税费的弊端等原因所致,并提出创建人性化城市道路需要从人本位思想、步行城市、公交优先等方面进行建设与管理。
By analyzing the impact on the urban structure from the rapid increase of cars, this paper draws conclusion that the destruction of our urban structure is caused by car-oriented thought, the infirm public traffic and the defect of car tax and charge, etc. Therefore, this paper proposes to administrate and construct the human-oriented city roads on the basis of the human-oriented thought, pedestrian city and the priority of the public traffic.
