摘要
教师在社会生活和教育活动中有各种不同的角色定位,每种角色的实现需要相应的素养要求作为保证。从教师的社会角色、教书育人角色、行政管理角色、心理导向角色和自我定向角色等角色定位出发,阐述了各种角色所需要的素养要求,提出一个合格教师的素养体系构成。
Teachers play multi-roles in society and in education. Relative qualities are required in many ways. This article puts forward a quality-system which qualified teachers are needed from the angles of teacher's role definitions in society, in imparting knowledge and education, in teaching administration, in psychological guidance, in self-definition and so forth.
