终身教育具有整体性、持续性、全面性、自由性的特点。从终身教育行政法规的重要性入手,阐述了经济建设对终身教育法规的基础性作用及终身教育行政法规对地方经济建设的促进作用,并探讨了终身教育的行政法规对地方经济建设协调发展的影响。

Life-long education has the characteristics of comprehensive, sustained, comprehensive, and free quality. From the importance of lifelong education administration regulations, we expatiate the fundamental role of economic building to the life-long education administration regulations and promoting action of life-long education administration regulation roles to the local economic building. On this basis, we discuss how to develop coordinately the administration regulations of life-long education and local economic building.
