摘要
186Re(V)-DMSA是由SnCl2在DMSA和Vc存在的条件下,100℃加热30min,还原H186ReO4所得。标记物经HPLC分析表明为单一的化合物,即186Re(V)-DMSA。186Re(V)-DMSA在生理盐水中可稳定24h,在人血清蛋白中可稳定18h,在昆明小白鼠体内的生物分布与99Tcm(V)-DMSA相似,在骨中浓聚最高,其次是肾。
Re(V) DMSA,an analogue of the tumor imaging radiopharmaceutical 99 Tc m(V) DMSA,has possible value in tumor therapy. It is readily prepared by stannous reduction of H 186 ReO 4 in the presence of dimercaptosuccinic acid ( meso DMSA) at 100 ℃ for 30 min. The labeling compound is identified as 186 Re(V) DMSA by HPLC. The 186 Re(V) DMSA is decomposed 5% after 24 h and 18 h in physiological saline and human serum respectively. The biodistribution of 186 Re(V) DMSA and 99 Tc(V) DMSA in normal Kunming mice is similar,the highest accumulation in bone and higher in kidney.
