概括地评述了２１２Ｐｂ、２１２Ｂｉ放射治疗药物研究的进展。扼要介绍了２１２Ｐｂ和２１２Ｂｉ的分离、标记、测量，以及几种２１２Ｂｉ标记的放射免疫连接物和２１２Ｐｂ／２１２Ｂｉ络合物在治疗淋巴癌、白血病、结肠癌、骨损伤中的应用。简单讨论了２１２Ｐｂ、２１２Ｂｉ放射治疗药物的应用前景。

A survey of the research progress on 212 Pb and 212 Bi radiopharmaceuticals for the therapy is given. The separation, labeling and measurement of 212 Pb and 212 Bi as well as medical uses of 212 Bi labeled radioimmunoconjugates (RICs) and 212 Pb/ 212 Bi labeled complexes in therapies of lymphoma,leukemia,colon cancer and osteoblastic bone lesions are introduced to the point. The prospect of using 212 Pb and 212 Bi radiopharmaceuticals for the therapy is briefly discussed.
