摘要
将从动件滚子中心相对凸轮的复杂平面运动分解为二个简单的定轴转动,建立静坐标系和动坐标系。动坐标系随从动件反转,先求出滚子中心相对于动坐标系的方程,然后采用坐标旋转方法,就得到了滚子中心相对于静坐标系的方程,这就是凸轮的理论轮廓方程。再根据工作轮廓与理论轮廓在法线方向相差一个滚子半径,采用向量法,求出工作轮廓方程。从而为凸轮的轮廓设计提供了一种新方法。
The roller's complex motion relative to the cam was decomposed into two simple fixed-axis rotation, static coordinate and moving coordinate system was built. The moving coordinate system reversed with the roller. The equation of the roller center and the contact point of the roller and cam's outline relative to the moving coordinate can be got first. And then the equation relative to the static coordinate can be acquired too. So these were the cam's equations of the theoretical outline and working outline. And this was the new easy way for cam's outline design.
