摘要
目的探讨提升病人满意度的有效途径。方法对我院2006年第1季度到2007年第2季度共6个季度的护理质量综合考核指标各检查项的季度平均得分与病人满意度季度评分、护士长管理各季度平均得分与护理质量综合考核其它检查项季度平均得分进行了相关性分析,探讨影响病人满意度评分的相关因素,并重点分析了护士长管理对病人满意度评分和其它指标项得分的影响。结果护士长管理与病人满意度呈显著相关性(相关系数大于0.67,显著水平为0.01),与消毒隔离、病区管理、特/一级护理、急救物品管理、护理文件检查项得分之间的显著水平为0.01,相关系数均大于0.6。结论护士长综合素质是影响病人满意度得分的主要因素。
Objective Look for an availability route to raise to a higher grader of patient's satisfaction degree. Methods Article used data from 2006 first quarter degree to 2007 second quarter in my hospital'nursing quality comprehensive investigate, analyzed relativity between total quarter average score of each check of index sign item of nursing quality comprehensive investigate with total quarter average score of patient'satisfaction degree and between total quarter average score of head nurse manage with total quarter average score other check of index sign item of nursing quality comprehensive investigate. Results Present marked plus relativity between total quarter average score of head nurse manage and total quarter average score of patient'satisfaction degree, marked level at 0. 01 and r 〉 0. 67. Present marked plus relativity between total quarter average score of head nurse manage and insulating with disinfection, disease area management, especially/one class nursing, first aid product management, the nursing document check, marked level at 0. 01 and r 〉 0. 6. Conclusion Head nurses' comprehensive character is the main factor which influences patient's satisfaction degree.
