糖尿病行膀胱灌注对疗效的影响

The effect of the bladder reperfusion on diabetic patients

目的探讨糖尿病合并膀胱功能障碍病变对膀胱灌注疗效的影响。方法实验组与对照组进行对比，观察膀胱刺激征出现、测量残余尿量、行膀胱镜检，观察膀胱癌复发的时间。结果实验组的残余尿量、出现膀胱刺激症状、肿瘤复发时间和肿瘤复发率明显高于对照组。结论糖尿病合并膀胱功能障碍对膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发有较大影响。

Objective To investigate the bladder dysfunction in diabetic patients with bladder lesions on the impact of reperfusion. Methods The experimental group compared with the control group, observed a bladder irritation sign, measuring residual urine volume, bladder examination, observation of bladder cancer recurrence time. Results The residual urine volume, appeared to stimulate bladder symptoms, tumor recurrence time and tumor recurrence rate was significantly higher. Conclusion Diabetic patients with bladder dysfunction Intravesieal prevention of the recurrence of bladder tumors have a greater impact.
