Enterprise Social Responsibility in the Field of Ethics

由于企业的存在和发展必须依靠全体职工的辛勤劳动,广大消费者对产品和服务的认可,自然资源和环境的利用与保护,以及政府的支持,因此,企业理所当然地要对这些方面承担一定的社会责任。本文采纳"企业与社会之间关系的伦理准则"来考察企业社会责任的主要内容:倡导仁爱是企业对员工的责任;奉行服务是企业对公众的责任;遵循和谐是企业对自然的责任;恪守秩序是企业对政府的责任。

Enterprise＇s survival and development must depend on the following factors： employees, consumers, natural resources, environment and the government. Thus, enterprise naturally should take responsibility for the above-mentioned factors. Kindness is the enterprise＇s responsibility to employees. Service is the enterprise＇s responsibility to consumers. Harmony is the enterprise＇s responsibility to nature. Order is the enterprise＇s responsibility to the government.
