The Contents of the Idea of Law Contemporary of College Students

社会主义法治理念是社会主义法制的内在精神和灵魂,大学生是未来国家建设的主力军,对当代大学生法治理念的培养势在必行。高校的责任在于向社会输送合格人才,而不是无知的法盲,所以,高校理应担当起培养大学生法治理念的重任。高校对当代大学生法治理念的培养,主要应从增强大学生的法律意识、树立大学生的法律权威观念,强化大学生的权利义务观念和培养大学生的程序理念等四个方面进行。

The idea of rule of law is the inherent spirit and soul of socialism legal system. It is imperative to train con- temporary college students＇ idea of rule of law because they will be the fresh activists to build our country. However, it is universities responsibility to train qualified talents rather than ignoramus of law to the society. So, universities should train students＇ idea completely. The contents include how to enhance the awareness of law, of the law＇s authority, rights and obligations and the procedure.
