摘要
模具寿命是指在保证制件品质的前提下,能成形出制件的工作次数,模具失效的主要形式有磨损、塑性变形、断裂三种。旨在从模具材料的选用、模具的热处理、模具结构的合理设计、模具的加工与抛光、模具的润滑几方面介绍了提高模具寿命的方法。
Mould life is mould working times of parts which can be shaped in the premise of ensuring the quality of parts, The main forms of mould invalidation are wearing, plastic deformation and rupture. This paper introduces several methods to improve mould life in terms of mould materials selection, mould heat treatment, reasonable design of module structure, process and polish of mould and mould lubrication.
