摘要
香味是水稻的重要品质性状之一,水稻香味的研究已经成为一项重要的研究课题。介绍了水稻香味的鉴定方法、化学成分、香味遗传、基因定位、香味基因克隆等方面的研究进展以及香稻的育种利用现状。
Fragrance is one of the most important qualities in rice, and it has been an important research issue to study the fragrance of rice. In this paper, progress of studies on the flagrance of rice was summarized involving appraising method,chemical composition, inheritance of aroma, mapping and cloning of fragrance gene, and application status of fragrant rice in rice breeding was discussed.
