摘要 ITS2是真核生物rRNA基因的重要组成部分,在rRNA基因加工成熟过程中起到至关重要的作用.ITS2的高级结构相对保守,对其序列进化表现一定程度的限制作用.ITS2保守的结构域和二级结构为广范围遗传距离排序提供了重要的技术保障.正因为如此,ITS2在高级阶元系统发育关系分析中展示出诱人的前景. The internal transcribed spacer 2 ( ITS2), an important part of the eukaryotic ribosomal RNA gene, plays critical roles in the rRNA gene processing. The higher - order structure of the ITS2 is relatively conserved, which to a great extent confine the evolution of its sequences. Its conserved domains and secondary structures provide key support for the sequence aligmnent across a broad range of genetic distance. The phylogenetic utility of the ITS2 shows a tempting prospect.
